Lou DeCree joined Arch’s Ceded Reinsurance department in April 2007 as a Reinsurance Accountant assisting in the quarterly financial close process, statutory reporting and rendering of account statements to our reinsurance partners. In 2013, Lou was promoted to manage the Ceded Reinsurance Claims unit. In that role, Lou is responsible for advising reinsurers of certain types of losses, identifying potential reinsurance recoverables and expediting the collection of reinsurance recoverables. Prior to joining Arch, Lou worked for a national CPA/ Consulting firm for 7 years advising clients in the insurance industry. Lou is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Tosch Traylor is a demonstrated achiever with 9 years of hands on experience in higher education focusing on Enrollment Management and Student Recruitment. He currently serves as an Admissions Recruiter for the Community College of Philadelphia which is primarily responsible for student outreach initiatives by developing and implementing strategies that serve to bridge student academic needs and goals with programs offered at the college. Tosch is an outgoing and articulate administrator that coordinates outreach activities, marketing strategies and strategic planning for college applicants that may include secondary schools, city and community agencies, external program initiatives and other targeted markets. It has been his goal to continue endeavors in community based education that embrace diversity and is committed to preparing students for the changing needs of business, industry and professions.
Carrie Nork Minelli is the Director of Advertising & Public Relations at Parx Casino® ~ Bensalem, Pennsylvania
Carrie grew up in Philadelphia and graduated with honors from Temple University. While attending college and many years thereafter, Carrie pursued her passion for entertaining as a featured dancer in live production shows in cities such as New York, Tokyo, Philadelphia, Myrtle Beach, Miami, and Atlantic City. Settling in New York City, she retired from one career in dance and began a new one in public relations. Cataldi Public Relations, a boutique lifestyle agency. In 2001, Carrie accepted a position with Cashman & Associates, an award-winning lifestyle public relations and marketing firm, and became an integral member of the publicity team.. In the fall of 2009, Carrie accepted the position of Director of Public Relations for Parx Casino. Carrie directed and managed all media relations initiatives for the casino as well as the corporate entity of Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc. In December 2012, Carrie took on additional responsibilities adding Director of Advertising alongside her Public Relations role.
Chris Pienkowski is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Transit Systems, Inc., a nationwide logistics company. He is responsible for leading corporate strategy for the company and its divisions and subsidiaries. Prior to joining Transit Systems, Mr. Pienkowski’s career included serving as Legislative Director for a Philadelphia City Councilman, Vice President of Operations for TicketLeap, Inc., Co-founder and CEO of CoolSource Technologies, Inc., and strategy consultant to companies ranging from mid-size to Fortune 500. Chris is a lifelong Philadelphian and is very active in various community and volunteer organizations. He and his wife have three sons under the age of 10. Chris is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his Bachelor’s degree with dual concentrations in Management and Real Estate.

Barbara serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of the Americas Division and provides support to top executives in the Finance Departments. She executes high volume administrative functions on a corporate level with appropriate discretion and sensitivity. She currently serves on the wellness and safety committee there.
From the first time Barbara stepped foot into MaST, she felt a strong and comfortable connection and immediately began volunteering in the classrooms and shortly thereafter joined the parent fundraising group. Within one year of being an active member on the group, she was nominated to the Coordinator of the Association of MaST Parents (AMP). She successfully led the group to record high levels of accomplishments financially and created a parent-friendly team working side-by-side with MaST administrators & staff on many achievements.
Marc is a parent member for the MaST II board. He is a Hazardous Materials Incident Commander for Philadelphia HazMat Taskforce 1 at Philadelphia Fire Department. He has been the Battalion 07 Chief for 3 years. Prior to these roles, Marc was a fire captain for 7 years. He is on the executive board of the Philadelphia Fire Officers union and a member of local 22, Philadelphia Firefighters Union Home Association. He attended Neumann University and received a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Public Safety.
